Our Physician

Dr. Kevin R. Kirk
Dr. Kirk graduated from Southern Utah University with academic honors. Afterwards, he went to medical school in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah and went on to complete an ophthalmology residency at the University of Rochester in New York. During his tenure as a student and resident, he was actively involved with research and published many academic articles.

Dr. Kirk practices surgical and medical ophthalmology with expertise in the latest medical and surgical treatments for eye diseases including: Cataracts, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Refractive Error, Ptosis, Pterygium, Strabismus, Glaucoma, Ocular Tumors and Cosmetic surgery (including botox).

Dr. Kirk grew up in Blanding, a small town in rural Utah. At San Juan High School he played football, basketball and baseball. When Dr. Kirk turned 19, he served a 2-year LDS mission in Toronto, Canada. He still enjoys sports but also likes hunting, fishing and four wheeling. Nothing makes him happier than doing these activities with his family. His wife, Nikole, is from Taylorsville, Utah and together they have six children. They are all happy to be living in their home state Utah close to family and friends.
